Factory warranty applies to items shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Customers outside that area receive support by phone and email for purchases made in the 48 contiguous states.
If a replacement is required from outside the 48 states, we may assist with shipping to and from Florida at significantly reduced rates.
An optional CPS Extended Warranty is available and begins 30 days after the purchase date. It can cover shipping costs to and from excluded areas and includes protection for the full original purchase value.
