Replacement Shipping Service – How It Works

The Replacement Shipping Service provides a 5‑year logistics solution for customers in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam who own power stations or solar generators that require certified dangerous‑goods shipping for warranty replacements.

Who This Service Is For

Customers in remote or island regions who need compliant shipping for:

• Small power stations
• Medium power stations
• Large power stations
• Solar generators of any size

What the Service Includes

• Certified dangerous‑goods shipping coordination
• Movement from your region to our mainland freight forwarder
• Return logistics for the replacement unit
• Communication and support throughout the process

What the Service Does Not Include

• Warranty approval (handled directly by the manufacturer)
• Repair or diagnosis
• Door pickup or door delivery (available separately)
• Any product warranty coverage

How the Process Works

1. Contact us to confirm which tier applies to your power station or solar generator.
2. Purchase the correct Replacement Shipping Service (Small, Medium, or Large).
3. After purchase, you receive a private link to complete the 5‑Year Replacement Shipping Service Agreement.
4. If you ever have a manufacturer‑approved warranty claim:
   • You receive an RMA and return label from the manufacturer.
   • You email us the RMA and label.
   • You drop off your unit at your designated hub (or request paid door pickup).
   • We handle all certified shipping and coordination.
   • You pick up your replacement unit at the hub (or request paid door delivery).

Important Notes

• This is a logistics service only.
• The manufacturer is responsible for warranty approval.
• The service lasts for 5 years from the date of purchase.
